the club’s real needs.

Managing the club meant keeping several spreadsheets up to date. Membership details, attendance, payments and clothing orders sat in different places, with repeated updates needed to keep everything aligned.

Existing systems covered parts of the job, but did not bring together everything Chilwell needed. The portal was designed around the club’s own processes, rather than asking staff to work around an off-the-shelf product.

Track clothing requirements and the progress of branded sportswear orders, from the initial request through ordering and handing items to the child.

Keep records of payments and amounts outstanding together, helping staff follow up what is due and maintain a more consistent picture of club finances.
